3. After selecting the "Invoice required" setting, an electronic invoice will be generated based on the provided personal or company data. It will be sent by email together with the tickets.

4. Payment is made in the www.paysera.lt.

5. After receiving a response from www.paysera.lt about successful payment, tickets are sent to the visitor.

9. Teachers who accompany groups of students to the VMU Botanical Garden are automatically given a free visit ticket, which must be collected at the ticket office.

10. It is possible to scan the barcode from the visitor's mobile device. The visitor is responsible for mobile internet and/or other methods to open each barcode. At the control point, only tickets of individual visitors, not groups of more than 10 people, are scanned from mobile devices.

11. The e-ticket holder can print the ticket and present at the control point. By presenting a printed ticket, service is faster.

12. If the user ticks the "Newsletters" setting, we will save this user's data in the nPoint system and it will be possible to generate a list of users to whom newsletters are sent.

III. Rules for using tickets

1. Visitors who have purchased tickets are admitted to the VMU Botanical Garden only on the day for which the visitor's ticket was purchased. Children under age of 6 are admitted to the VMU Botanical Garden for free.

2. Every person who wants to visit the VMU Botanical Garden must purchase a ticket (according to the visitor category).

3. If the ticket is purchased with a discount, the visitor must present an identity document or other document confirming the right to a discount at the control point. If the visitor cannot present such a document, the visitor must purchase a ticket without a discount at the VMU Botanical Garden ticket office.

4. The visitor is recommended to assess the geographical location of the VMU Botanical Garden and to come to the event earlier, even after purchasing a ticket online.

5. The visitor must keep the ticket and receipt (when purchasing at the box office) until the end of the visit and/or the event.

6. If a visitor arrives at the VMU Botanical Garden after purchasing an e-ticket, the visitor must present a printed e-ticket or the e-ticket barcode on his mobile device at the control point. The visitor is responsible for mobile internet and/or other means to open each barcode.

7. The ticket is scanned and marked only once and is valid for one person only. The control devices show the date and time of the first scan. If the ticket is presented for scanning a second time, the visitor will not be admitted. It is strongly recommended to keep the purchased tickets and not transfer them to third parties.

8. Tickets are not exchangeable and money for them is not refunded, except in cases where the event did not take place or was canceled due to the fault of VMU Botanical Garden.

9. If the event did not take place due to the fault of VMU Botanical Garden, tickets purchased at the box office can only be returned at the box office where they were purchased. In order to withdraw the paid money, it is necessary to present the purchased tickets and the purchase receipt at the box office. Tickets purchased online are refunded upon submission of a request in the name of the director of the VMU Botanical Garden with all purchase details.

IV. Ticket control

1. Ticket control is provided by bar code scanners installed in the turnstiles and/or performed by ticket inspectors with the help of handheld scanners. A reader located at the turnstiles transmits a visual signal that confirms the validity of the ticket and opens the gate. The ticket controller's reader transmits a visual signal of a valid (green color) or invalid ticket (red color) and accordingly the ticket controllers allow or deny the passage of visitors.

2. If the same ticket is intended to pass a second time, the scanner located at the turnstiles informs on the screen that the ticket has already been used and does not open the gates, while the controller's scanner displays the date and time of the first scan.

3. If the visitor is not allowed to pass the control point, the administrator is called, and the ticket office (admin module) is checked to see why the ticket was not allowed. The reason for the cancellation will be indicated there - the ticket has already been used or has expired.
